National Centre for Scientific Research, France (CNRS)
The Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (National Center for Scientific Research) is a government-funded research organization, under the administrative authority of France's Ministry of Research. CNRS research units are located throughout France, and employ a large body of tenured researchers, engineers, and support staff. Laboratories are all on renewable four-year contracts, with bi-annual evaluation.

National Information Centre for Ukraine-EU Cooperation, Ukraine (NIP)
NIP Ukraine was established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (MESU) to

1. support Ukrainian scientific community integration to ERA by facilitating access of each
   community member to the EC research through the NIPs/NCPs network;
2. serve as instrument of interaction between the DG for Research and MESU and scientific
   community of Ukraine
3. coordinate FP issues in Ukraine;
4. attract SMEs and industry branches institutions to participate in international S&T cooperation;
5. provide assisting, consulting and training support as well as partner search service.

German Aerospace Center – International Bureau of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Germany (DLR)
The International Bureau has been commissioned by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) to strengthen the international ties of German universities, research institutes and enterprises with the ultimate goal of building competencies and fostering competitive advantages for industry and the research community in Germany in the areas of research and innovation. In doing so, the International Bureau is making an important contribution to cultivating an international dimension within the research programmes of the BMBF.

Centre for Innovation and Technology in NRW, Germany (ZENIT)
As National Contact Point for various EU programmes on behalf of the national government, ZENIT makes an important contribution to increasing the number of German participants by offering a complete service package which includes advice for applicants.Enterprises have a wide variety of different requirements: Market strategies, product development or questions about finance are just some of the topics, if however predominant ones. And the public sector also needs effective and targeted support for its measures in the areas of structural and innovation policy. Both are core tasks for ZENIT GmbH, a consulting firm based in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

PAN is a state scientific institution founded in 1952. The mission of the National Authority for Scientific Research (ANCS) is to ensure the elaboration, application, monitoring and evaluation of the policies in the field of scientific research, technological development and innovation. One of the main role of ANCS is to stimulate the development of international partnership. In this sense ANCS exercise also the function of international co-operation, which ensures the application of international agreements and treaties and the promotion of new agreements.

Research & Development Engineering and Manufacturing for Automation Equipment and Systems, Romania (IPA SA)
IPA SA is a 47 years old Romanian industrial R&D company located in Bucharest and is the most important private Romanian Institute for R&D, Design, Production, and Service for Automation and IT, with a large experience in European projects in technology transfer and in information dissemination. IPA proves great experience in the management of large national and international projects and is currently managing the National Research Program AMTRANS, in the field of transport, construction and urban development, running since 2001 with a total budget of 39 million EUR.
